Allow these words to take you on a ride for a moment...
Imagine right now you are without form...smaller than the smallest and larger than the largest thing.
You are witnessing everything...creations being born and being destroyed, massive universes rising
and falling like clouds across the sky and galaxies, stars and planets being created within these nebulous "clouds". They are having their lifetime and then returning back into your formless, infinite, invisible space watching the play of it all, creating the elements to set in motion and letting everything develop on its own. This is actually not an imagination nor a journey...it is what you are. You've just forgotten this is the real you. You have been localized and told by other ignorant people that you are this body, this mind with this personality and all the memories of your personal life as your sole identity. You believed them all including those that take energy from you and then sell it back to you for more money, which is a representation of energy. You think you are "born" and then "die". You think you gain and lose, believe the pain as a suffering story, lost in the sea of other peoples thoughts unable to decipher your own. You feel good then upset, joyful then unhappy, caught in the swing of emotions, regretting the past or worried about the future, forgetting you are all times and beyond time. Your tiny personal concerns perhaps need attending to, you have commitments to others or to your goals and you are asked to engage in this dance of personal existence. Of course we cannot neglect our personal responsibilities but just remember all this play of living exists within your formless, fully empty presence, witnessing, beginning less and endless.

The big...
From the invisible ocean of fathomless space
The illumined spirit was born as an idea
Simply a sound, then light, then form, then shadow
The dance expanded and intensified across creation
From voids, to gas, stars, planets and organisms
The evolution of time, language, culture and civilizations
Existing in this universe, galaxy and star group
Migrations of beings to Earth to begin and evolve again
From all over this starry void and realms beyond
Made this planet their life experiment and home
Here we all are on this globe born of the sun
Using the same starlight to power our dwellings
Our satellites and cameras to give you this footage
Through this simple reminder there is no separation
Just a grand picture ever-moving and changing
Upon the motionless sea of unknown silence
Ever empty, unknowable yet producing this world
That rises and falls, appears and disappears
Within our mind
The illumined spirit was born as an idea
Simply a sound, then light, then form, then shadow
The dance expanded and intensified across creation
From voids, to gas, stars, planets and organisms
The evolution of time, language, culture and civilizations

Basic psychology of non-duality
Every second we are alive in this body is dedicated to what we are. I call myself out as much as anyone else as being SNAFU'd by my own mind and emotional ego investments to prevent me from understanding what we are and having insight into my life and the lives of others. Being aware is a full paying attention. I am aware of my mental habits from my ego identity, i.e., making associations, comparisons, judgments, assumptions, negative misperceptions, believing my thoughts, forming belief systems, and convincing myself that my stories of suffering or whatever are true. I know all this mental crap and its emotional dragging down has to leave yet I hold onto it because it's familiar and what I'm used to or conditioned by. I get hypnotized by my own vision forgetting I am co-creating with others. My uniqueness is a great gift but I have become insular in my own delusional dream of my ideal without collaboration. Since my sense of separate self is still operating, I manufacture all kinds of crazy thoughts and follow through with a few of them. I wasn't listening to my heart but following my crazy mind which brought me more pain and confusion. How do I release these negative habits for my own benefit so I can always enjoy peace and clarity? The simple solution is being aware of it all. The awareness and process of observing that preceds the 'I self sense' is aware of all my egoic peccadillos and arbitrary meanings I put to everything I observe in life. Then the release of false and negative content with its emotional heaviness can begin. That's all that has been happening this whole time except at one point I was not aware and now there's awareness. There is a shift of so-called perception from the "I" to the witnessing awareness. In observing the ego clearly I see my attempts to be humble or superior as all funny business. I notice it's impossible to take my 'self sense' seriously. Everything goes out the window...everything I have constructed in my mind is false. Disillusionment of the ego feels scary, uncomfortable, unstable, upsetting and emotionally challenging. In a desperate last ditch effort to avoid being aware and the ensuing shit-storm of elimination for illumination, my ego tries to keep life right where it is or chase a fantasy and, of course, it never works out because I don't quite trust anything anymore. I have believed my mind and ego identity for too long so that letting go seems painful. The truth is it was my mind believing that loss is horrible when in fact that experience was designed to cut me loose from the fantasy so that I would understand reality. The love and gratitude grows stronger each day in identifying where I'm holding on to pain and why and letting it go.
You are amazing
I find I disagree with many people's view of life but that's okay. I don't buy the whole spiritual seeker, religious dogma stuff. My old friends who have been a part of the Transcendental Meditation community keep trying to re-indoctrinate me into their whole trip and label me a seeker like them.
I'm not into cults and trance induction. They buy the Mahesh propaganda. I don't anymore. I threw up the Kool-Aid before it brainwashed me completely.
They don't realize I've graduated their bullshit paradigm a long time ago so it's hard for us to talk about this subject because they believe their reality concepts constructed for them by the late and controversial Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Also, they think I'm deluded and clearly "not enlightened." That's right, I'm "unenlightened" or "unstressing" and don't give a shit what people think especially deluded people.
That whole seeking enlightenment mind-fuck is stupid anyway. Why would you seek what you already are? Yes, I figured it out...wow, a moron could figure it out. It's just a feeling of big love that never goes away but there's a long way for me to go before I can shoot rays of golden light out of my ass.
Anyway, back to the point I was trying to fuck up...the natural, universal method of
self-inquiry has killed off the stupid entrenchment in ego and conditioned mind by the grace of whatever. It doesn't mean sudddenly I can fly, have superpowers and when I touch someone they feel like they're sniffing 100,000 magic markers and getting a slow sheet-lightening enema (if I may borrow a joke from the Red Meat comic strip). I'm still human and make mistakes like everyone else I just don't chase after love from others anymore. I have it to give and my joy is to be around others who have it to give as well.
Also, I'm just like everybody, having hardships, struggling with relationships at times, not able to accomplish some things, having the full gamut of emotions come up except one
thing is different from when I was ignorant. I realize none of my own personal stories and ego trips fucking matter anymore and there's a whole journey toward personal mastery of this universe. Learning to love others and listen is a huge part of that naturally unfolding mastery that we all have within us. It's the observing from soul, spirit or awareness rather than from just our mental filters.
I am humbled and not at all exalted or superior at all. In fact, I know nothing and identify with nothing yet I can relate to just about anybody. I love to listen and learn from others not pontificate
so much anymore. I do in my blogs sometimes but I think it should be said whether people agree with me or the content or not. I know not to take myself so seriously and live in my heart, not my head.
It's a big deal these days. People caught in their minds and are armchair critics of others I think are the worst kind of bedshitter. It's okay to criticize the content but never the person sharing it unless they truly are spewing nonsense and hurtful bullshit.
Oh yes, and one more thing...if you are seeking anything outside yourself to make your life better it won't in the long run because you're not turning your attention within to understand your mind better and realize the greater reality. Joy is now.
If you tell yourself you have to do this or that...be "more in the moment" I say to that "Good luck getting out of the moment." Hey, you're here right now, where else could you be? Holy hand grenade, how about that?!
Fuck you, I'm right and you're wrong! Kidding. Settle down.
We all want to feel contentment, peace and have beauty and love in our lives in whatever form that may be for you. How to enjoy it? Find out who observes and experiences your life. Hint: it's not a god looking down upon you from above.

Relating to others
Our social orientation and approach to relationships determines the quality of the culture. “If you aint relatin', you aint livin',“ an older gentleman once said to me many years ago . This line has spawned dozens more conversations I’ve had with many other elders and peers who still practice the old-school methods of communication to develop and maintain meaningful relationships. The conversations between us usually covered things like the immaturity and unawareness of too many people and how they occupy themselves on their cell phones, laptops, social sites and electronic gadgets while they’re with their friends or worse yet, on a date, with their significant other or family members. Generally, the people addicted to technology like this is at the expense of relating to their fellow human beings. From what I have personally observed they’re usually from a western or westernized country, under the age of 50 with an increasing population within the 15 to 35-year-old crowd. The problem isn't technology itself it's how it's being used. Do you use technology to serve others or just to please yourself?
The wiser folks know when to use the off switch and relate to people in their home, community and in social places like coffee shops, eating spots, bars and pubs, nightclubs and other social venues. My opinion, from a professional and personal perspective, is they’re used to tuning others out and getting into their insular world of narcissistic fantasy, thereby, losing capacity to carry on any kind of meaningful conversation. This neurosis is often accompanied with a nearly 5-second attention span with little or no interest in getting to know anybody unless they get some superficial benefit from it. This type of anti-social or sociopathic behavior is, unfortunately, fueled by the communication or entertainment technology that seemed to be intended to bring us closer together rather than tune others out.
Fortunately, libraries, our wiser elders, our true friends, old-school visionaries, artists, philosophers, writers and the like are still around to visit or consult. The corporations, most media, technology and recreational toys offer no culture while libraries and creative, wiser folks do. When culture is in decay it's not because of the dangers of technology, its because of the unwise ways many of us use it. It has to do primarily with self-awareness and the way we manage our time and energy. Those who aren't aware of this yet are incapable of using the off switch, hopelessly addicted to any self-indulgence regardless if the computer or smart phone was there or not. So a question that has often come up is, how do we re-develop our culture?
The core of the successful ancient and even more modern civilized cultures was a philosophy or wisdom a group of wise elders taught to their communities and nations. The success of a civilization was because there was a collective willingness to open up to honesty and reality in this ever-present moment. Even children and younger people in these societies were revered for their "beginner mind" or innocent approach to life where the possibilities are endless. The non-jaded mind was considered the best mind because there is innocence, no clutter from conditioned thinking and, therefore, no limits to what's possible. Imagination, good health, positive energy and wisdom were the rule well beyond any "box" paradigms or ugly parts of modern society. The wiser elders and younger people worked together to create a creative, holistic and peaceful society. The younger people and elders actually listened to each other and this enabled the society to create great things with their strong relationships.
I cite many of the indigenous cultures, The Ages of Enlightenment, early ancient Greece, Egypt, China, South America and India and civilizations that pre-date them as examples of societies that manifested awe-inspiring creations and maintained peaceful relations before ego took over with warring and social discord ruining these empires. Today this cultural richness can be observed in bits in pieces here and there, more likely admired as an old ruin or under glass in a museum with a dumbed down historical backstory. In reality, these civilizations are good models to look to as a means to remember how to re-establish a thriving society and lift our own out of decay.
Many of our history books and historians fail to report even the possibility that many of these societies possessed advanced technology and wisdom well beyond where any modern society is at in the world right now. However, I wish to thank the History Channel, the great writers and counter-cultural teachers past and present for attempting to re-educate people and inspire them to critically think and inquire into crucial subjects. Everything we need to re-grow into a whole world rich with culture, wisdom, imagination, abundance, strong relationships, sustainable integration with nature and the ability to explore inner and outer space is already available to utilize. When people decide it’s time to focus on this subject instead of just sensual pleasures, intellectual delicacies, what I’m going to get and not lose, Obamney, the economy, Warcraft, Jersey Shore, texting friends constantly, trying appear "cool", looking self-important on a laptop in a coffee shop, getting a puppy (because all the other young, female celebrities have one), then we’ll be on to something.

Leadership and the emergence of the feminine
These words today are dedicated to a great leader in Dr. Martin Luther King who continues to inspire me to this very moment. May his compassionate spirit continue to guide us all.
People who are content to follow others their entire life do so usually out of fear of failure on their own. They don’t want the responsibility of thinking for themselves and give over their power to an authority that dictates to them what to think, feel and how to act. Sometimes following a great leader for awhile has positive results if you’re looking to improve your own skills professionally or personally or glean some wisdom from them.
A great leader inspires great action because they not only take the initiative but they commit to the things that count in the long run. A true leader has a vision and inspires everyone to develop their own fearlessness and leadership qualities dormant within themselves. Each human being came to this planet to be a leader capable of accomplishing great things yet most of us have been SNAFU-ed by misfortune, misidentifying with phony “realities” , negative thinking and poor behavior patterns. A leader must also learn to follow another and help others learn how to lead themselves rather than thinking that telling others what to do is what leadership is all about. Leaders that need their insecure egos fed by others’ attention are not true leaders worthy of the title. Great leaders are emotionally intelligent. They don’t worry about the future or obsess over the past, they live for now and build a foundation and domain of wisdom for future generations to benefit from. They are not selfish, confused, violent, deceitful nor attached to power or money.
The ego is transparent, illusory, idiosyncratic and downright silly so entrapment in the false dream of ego trips cannot produce positive, long-lasting change in society. A leader knows how to take criticism, turn negatives into positives and not take anything personally. It takes a mental and emotional fluidity which requires practicing kindness, unconditional loving and not concerning yourself too much with how others think about or perceive you. Leaders don’t care about popularity contests, polls or elections because those things don’t really matter to the spirit and the universe that are beyond tiny-minded ego nightmares.
A leader is virtuous and holistic. She doesn’t concern herself with her life path as much as she does with others’ welfare and where they’re going in their lives. She has a heart full of love and a giving nature that can never be shut down regardless of circumstances. She looks for opportunities to connect with others and inspire others simply by her presence, true words and actions. She doesn’t fall prey to others’ misguided opinions about her or what a woman should be according to so-called authority figures. She remains free from negative, self-defeating thinking and letting abusive, violent people overpower her. She stands alone to let her wisdom and love spread to others. She does not need approval or disapproval from anyone. Her beauty is created from her heart. She behaves in accord with her heart and not from anywhere else.
Too many self-important egos have allowed violent men to rule the planet for too long. A true female leader doesn’t try to fight or compete with men. She may have even raised a boy into a man herself. The mothers and the condition of women in society are the litmus test to the strength of it. This world is shifting from male domination to female leadership. I welcome the change because those that are open to it will feel like ‘mother is at home‘. Life in society will be ruled from love and all the gifts of abundance meant for everyone will be revealed, utilized and enjoyed by everyone. May the wisest, strongest, most loving females be humanity’s leaders for a change so balance may be restored and all suffering and negativity will cease.
May we all enjoy the glory from heaven and the “shifting of the guard” this 2012.

Everything is energy as sound or light vibration at varying frequency as either higher oscillations or lower oscillations. Big secret huh? That's it. Isn't it obvious? Science, art, religion, philosophy from all cultures and societies confirm it. So what will you create knowing this?
My web page nonsense is not about me, it's about creativity, clarity, love, truth and wisdom. It isn't you as just the physical person who creates, it's much more interesting than that. It's your job to find out who creates this world around you. You are doing it already. Investigate further, inquire within.

Grace
The desperation people feel is caused by aversion to pain and loss. Most people who are used to their creature comforts are not prepared to lose a fraction of it. They maintain their unsustainable living habits unwilling to flow with the universe. Those that have lost everything or had that feeling of being taken advantage of are in a better position to understand another's pain and losses having had direct experience with it themselves. They have experienced loss so there's more room for something much better.
In a time of great fear arises great love. In a time when people experience the pain of extreme poverty while the wealthiest continue to their graves with severe apathy, there arises compassion and the opening of people's eyes to reality, regardless of circumstances. Grace, like water, touches us all. Those that are moved by it have opened to its power. The more closed off a person is to love because of attachment to the ego and conditioned mind, the less grace can penetrate that person's life. This feeling of wonder, of total love and compassion for others, is directly understood by the person who is willing to let go of the root cause of all problems. The sound of grace is silence containing all sound. It has no quality other than absence of content yet containing all form and energy. It is the source, the awareness creating and dissolving everything, the love that has no boundaries, beyond and ordinary, nothing special and yet exquisite simultaneously. Grace dawns within the one who fully opens to its gifts, the best one being love, wisdom and understanding.

I suppose I ought to write more and that's why I started this blog. My theater idea is more for visual and audio ideas. This place will be more for my original works. I can't say I'm much of a writer but I do it anyway regardless. I think to put a value on someone's work is a mistake. We all have value. I suppose something that has value to me is when it reaches people. They read it and can connect with it and relate to it. If not, at least it was an attempt to connect with you. Some of us will go through life not able to relate well with others outside their usual social circles and social norms. I have moved so much in my life I have been forced to adapt to new situations and people. The small town mentality is sweet...up to a point. Time to get out of the bathtub and dry off. Enjoy my crackbook page and I also hope you take some time to read my stuff at some point. I have some saved essays I salvaged from the Timberlake & Assoc. MySpace who have turned it into a place of new and mostly terrible contemporary music.
